DML Translations was founded 15 years ago by the company’s president, Helen Di. Helen has 30 years of experience in the translation industry. Her first job after receiving her bachelor’s degree was as a translator at a sports magazine where she learned the fundamentals of the translation process.
During these years, her knowledge and experience grew as she obtained work as a freelance translator. After receiving her MBA in International Marketing from Baruch College of the City University of New York, she joined an investment consultancy where she assisted in the formation of joint ventures between U.S. and foreign companies.
Helen started DML Translations in her attic in 1996. She brings to her clients a rare combination of translation experience and business background not found at other translation companies. This enables Helen to understand better the issues and problems you face with your translation projects.
